The bicycle is recommended for age 3 and older. My grandchild is four and still cannot reach the wheels. This company makes one with a seat adjustment , but this one does not have that capability. She is not short for her age. They should tell you the height of the child. A three year old can learn to use the bike, but not if they can’t reach the pedals.
