I bought these for my almost 2 year old who is currently wearing a toddler 6 and based on reviews I ordered up a size and got a toddler 7 but they are way to big and even with two pairs of thick socks they wear easily pulled right off her feet! I also ordered the pumpkin boots for my 3 year old who wears a toddler 9 and again I went up a size based on reviews and ordered a size 10 again they are big but because of the double straps they stay on they will not pull off. I am returning these and getting her normal size in the pumpkins because I like them more due to the double straps which seem to keep out the snow while these ones do not because of the loose tongue that sticks out on top and I like the removable liner inside that is actually warmer and rated for -25° While these just have an un removable faux fur lining which is soft but not as warm I actually put my cold hands in both these and the pumpkins to try to see the difference and after 5 mins my hand in the pumpkins were sweating and these my fingertips were still cold.
