Update: I received excellent customer service from Jeff. I am requesting a refund. The dress I got is not like the photo listed. I paid for the dress in the photo of the listing. I contacted the seller. He was very nice and helpful but said that if I wanted additional details to the Dress that I would be charged more. All I wanted was the dress in the picture. That's what I thought I was paying for. It is not what I got. The dress I received was a simpler knock off version. The dress on its own is very pretty it is just not the dress that they were selling nor what I thought it was paying for. Nor should i have to pay more for it to look exactly like the photo in the listing. I ordered the same dress from another seller and received the exact dress in the photo for the same price.Although I am disappointed at what I received, I appreciate your kindness and prompt replies. You can see the dress on the right is the dress I received from Newdeve. The bow on the waist is flat and slim and sad. The dress also has less lace detail and is not as puffy as the listing photo. The lace pattern is also different and simpler.  The headband is also different and is off center. The left side of the bow is larger than the right side of the bow. The bodice was very pretty though. For future buyers, you should inform them that it is a simpler knockoff version or that it is your own interpretation of the picture listed.
