The first was that the adult push bar/handle is very difficult to telescope up and down. Instead of a simple button by where your hands would naturally be that would activate a smooth up and down motion, instead there is a small metal button at the bottom where the push bar meets the bike that you have to forcefully press in and then once that tiny button was pressed (which was difficult and was an easy pinch point for your fingers trying to get the button all the way down), the bar itself was very stiff and hard to press down. The second deal breaker was that the mechanism to collapse the bike was very stiff and required a lot of force to fold it down, almost to the point where you feel you’re going to break the bike.Otherwise the seat was comfortable and the canopy shade was large enough to create good shade for the rider. The plastic components felt sturdy but also a bit cheap. The item came nicely packaged.I really love this bike for my 1 year old. He loves it, I just wish it had a cup holder but you can easily purchase a universal one.My nephew absolutely loves his tricycle stroller, however, it is a bit more petite than I was expecting. It's not as tall as a regular stroller is, but it's still easy to steer. It also doesn't recline as far back as it says. It reclines some but not far enough that your child could take a nap in it if you're out on a long walk.My son absolutely loves this bike. He got it for his first birthday and it was the best purchase yet. Right now he gets pushed around but as he gets older he can learn to ride around on his own. So many different ways to use this bike. I can see him use it for the next couple years which is something I wanted because babies grow so fast! This is something that can grow with him ☺️Very rasy put togetherDislike that I can't really use it unless I am on smooth pavement. If the road it bumping is shakes my daughter so much that I don't feel comfortable using it .unless it's on a smooth surface. I purchased the bag to use to walk trails i thought it would be like a jogger stroller but it's not. if you're going to purchase it to use on paved areas then it is a perfect buy. It really doesn't take up much more room than a diaper bag also it was very easy to assemble.It was exactly what I was looking for! My granddaughter loves it! Easy to put together.We bought this tricycle after it was recommended by friends, but returned it straight away as it was too small for our 21m old DD. ( She is tall, that's true)Also I wasn't extremely astonished by the quality and the material. It was rather wobbly and felt too plastic-y for this amount of money. The storage bag is enough for couple of items only. The handle is too low if you are a taller parent. ( I'm 5'8 and it wasn't comfortable) Perhaps my expectations were too high but I wouldn't buy it again. Otherwise it's okay and folds into a cabin luggage size indeed.This bike was a gift from my son's grandpatent for his 1st birthday. The couriers who meant to deliver was such a disappointment they messed up the delivery times and I did make a enquiry with the customer service and they did their absolutely best to make sure it came for my sons birthday and he loves it! Needed a folding bike because we have a small flat and its light weight too. Very happy with this smartrike and it will grow with my child as he grows which is why I chose this design.Thank you smartrink customer servicesI love this trike and so does my 9 month old son. He hates being pushed around in the buggy now so this is perfect. He loves being able to move the handlebars whilst being pushed along. It’s pretty sturdy overall and once you have put it up and folded it away a few times it’s really easy to do. The fact that it folds in to such a small space is an absolute godsend. I really recommend this product.There is a lot to like about this product, however, I think you have to bear in mind the weight of the child using it. I bought this product for my Granddaughter she is 20 months and of average weight, however, I feel the product is not sturdy enough and the handle moves when pushing the bike and the handle could be higher . The biggest negative is the brake; it's just not good. It gets stuck in the on position and trying to get it back off is not easy, therefore, we just don't put the brake on now which from a safety point of view is not too clever.This trike is a lot sturdier and seems much better quality than the one we purchased for my little boy when he was 1. And the same price! It’s not plastic - more like a pram but in trike format. My husband is not the best at assembling these kind of items but he reports this was quite easy. My little girl who is one loves it. Various seat positions and it folds up so small into the back of the car which is a plus for park visits. Gorgeous girly pink colour too. Very nice item.
