These shoes rate 5 stars for beauty, fit, and ease of use (i.e. young kids can put them on themselves). We loved the look and comfort, too, as we have with previous Naturino shoes. Had we only used these gently, I would have rated them highly.However, durability and quality are questionable, especially due to price. After three months of wear about 3 days a week, these shoes are looking very shabby. Buyers should be advised to use these as dress shoes for special, indoor occasions, and not for active play. My daughter wore these on the playground, at the park, and a few times to ride her bike. It became quickly obvious that this shoe would not work for active play. One shoe quickly scuffed at the toe from dragging her foot while on her bike, rubbing away the glitter and next two layers down to the cloth below. This was pretty rough play. However, glitter is also coming off of the area where the shoes flex between the front and back, and off of the other shoe's toe area, from what I believe to be normal wear. Worst of all, the soles are detaching - starting at the toe and continuing for 3/4 of the length of the shoe on both sides, and the inside back of the heal has been worn off. At these prices for children's shoes, I expect shoes to stand up to more and last longer than a couple months.This Naturino Mary Jane is a steal! I purchased it in multiple colors and my 3 year old loves them. The sparkle adds a nice touch and they wear well even with all the bits of glitter. The sole has incredible traction and the elongated rubber toe ensures the front of the shoe will wear well. I am a big fan of velcro for kids so they can dress themselves and this one holds nicely adding additional support to hold the foot in as I buy most kids shoes half a size large. These are very true to size so buy with that in mind. I would even go a half a size larger if you have any doubts. Naturino shoes usually run $55+, even on sale they're usually no less than $35 - for this great style, quality and durability I think this is a treasure.Super Cute, Love Naturino but the backs were too rough and rubbing on the back of my child's foot & hurting her. I had to massage & squish the back of the shoes, and Add foot cushion for the back of the feet so she can wear them. I have other Naturinos purchased from the Store directly & they didn't feel like this, so unsure about why these are a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, after you squish and add back foot padding they work. Love love the Style so unique and Cute!These have been worn numerous times by my 2.5 yo to Montessori and around with me. They have been holding up pretty good but the sparkles are falling off the front and the lip is also slighlty peeling apart from the front of the shoes. She loves wearing them and they are great to match outfits for dress up and down and seem very confortable. Just wish they were a little bit more durable. Got for under 25$ so happy about that.My 2yo daughter loves these. They fit perfectly, and look dazzling, yet have a wonderful thick sole which not only protects the sparkly upper, but gives great traction. As usual, the quality with Naturino is perfect. They didn't skimp on the sparkle, and these shoes get attention wherever she goes. No issues with the sparkly material of shoe. I was concerned when I ordered them if they would stand up to a 2yo, so far so good (2 months now).I am so happy to finally find the black ones! I bought two pairs of the same color in different sizes a while ago, but my DD grew out of them... I looked every where to find the black ones and no luck in the size I needed but YAY I found them today and right away ordered them! They are so durable and cute as well. My girl LOVES them!A MUST buy!These shoes run about 1 size smaller than advertised. My daughter is a size US9.5 so I figured I would be safe with a 10. Not the case...I am returning these for a size 27/ US11.A great shoe for my little girl and I know she loves it when it's the first one she picks among all her shoes. The only thing I don't like about it is that since it's made of canvas, stains are more difficult to get rid of. I won't take any stars off though because we knew that upon buying the shoe in the first place.
