I bought these for my toddler because I needed a pair of sandals in two days (thanks Amazon Prime).My daughter has a few pairs of Stride Rite shoes. At the beginning of summer, we went to a Stride Rite retailer to measure her feet. It was recommended that we get a size 5. I wasn't 100% sold on that because she was just fitting in to her size 4. Here we are mid-summer, and I feel like she could be wearing a 5.5. The 5 still works well and should last the rest of summer. My toddler is a year and a half.The color is just as described/pictured. They are almost like a light metallic/gold, and they match pretty much everything.The inside of the shoe is memory foam, which I love. I wanted to make sure my child had a comfortable pair of shoes to wear all summer, rather than a cheap pair of $2 flip flops that have no support.I also like the design of the velcro closure. Instead of it just closing across, the strap loops through a little piece of metal and back over the foot. It is extra secure and won't come off.At first, the straps did rub on the very bottom of her shin (between the ankle and top of the foot), which caused little cuts. I haven't noticed that happening any more.Overall, I love the design, fit, and quality. It is a wonderful summer sandal.These are the cutest little sandals for my daughter I got a size 9 and they fit her perfectly. Her feet are growing so fast but she has worn these sandals so many times and they got perfect with SOOO many outfits. They have a comfy squishy platform where the foot sits. And it’s an all around really well put together and great quality sandal.These sandals are super cute. The sizing however is tricky. My three-year-old daughter has wide feet: 6.5 inches around. We always buy wide-width shoes, when the option is available. I traced and measured her feet according to Stride Rite's instructions. Based on the length of her foot, it recommended that we get a size 7. But because the reviews say the sandals run small, I bought a size 7.5 wide. The sandals were way too wide for my daughter's chunky feet. So, I ordered a second pair: size 7.5 medium... and they seemed too small. I then ordered a third pair, size 8 medium, and they were way too big. After careful consideration, I am keeping the size 7 medium & returning the other two pairs tomorrow. I hope this info helps.This review is on the product only. I ordered this product twice . The first one got canceled- not by me and the 2nd qas VERY late.The shoes however are great! They are perfect for wide feet and length is true to size. Will take a little breaking in though as my little one got a blister from the first few wears. Seems to be good quality as of yet.These are the BEST summer sandal solution. My daughter has been wearing these sandals for three summers now (new pair each year). They are rugged enough to stand up to her abuse yet versatile to wear with literally anything. I've paired these sandals with short and even a flower girl dress. They go with anything. Grip is great and the arch support is amazing. Her whole foot is supported. She has never developed any blisters or abrasions while wearing them. No pressure points anywhere in the design.Super cute sandals! I was a little hesitant to buy these for my 5 year old daughter for two reasons . . . many sandals have given my daughter rubs (sore spots) after wearing them and her foot runs a bit narrow so I was worried her toes would push through the front too far. Neither was true! The shoes seem to be very comfortable with the memory foam soles and flexible, soft straps. They were also not too wide for her narrow feet. The color is gold without being shiny. A nice neutral to match almost anything.Very cute but they run wide and big. I usually get 7 with room to grow but they were huge so we had to send back and get the 6.5. She still has plenty of room to grow. They also run wide but they don’t have narrow sizes so these will have to do. Seems comfy enough to keep.*update: I have bought these every year for the last three years! The do run wide but other time they seem to mold to their feet. Absolutely love themStride Rite has a well deserved good reputation. These sandals were purchased for my GDDs kindergarten graduation - but I know they'll be her go-to sandals all summer, at least when water shoes or tennis shoes are not appropriate. They run just a tad bit large but overall what I expected. Cannot give 5 stars until I see how well they hold up!My daughter only wears stride rite shoes and sandals. These are fantastic sandals, but did fit a bit big. We had her professionally measured and had to go down a half size, then a full size, only to discover she's in between the full and half size for this particular style. Her other stride rite shoes and sandals fit the same. This one fits large. Great shoe though. Excellent quality. Pretty!This was a perfect blend of my desire for good supporting sandels and my 9year old daughter’s growing fashion sense. Plus the price was right. I will be buying again. She really fell in love with them once she tried them on. They were gery comfortable.Daughter finds very comfy and we got for a great price so very happy. Nice quality sandal. Some sandals can be so flat they may as well be walking on the ground. these are nice and cushy.Excellent, fits well, comfortable and looks great with summer dresses.Way too big and not true to size. Will have to return.
